Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products (e-books, journals, and other downloadable content), all sales are final once the product has been accessed or downloaded.

EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal Under EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, provided that the download or access of the digital content has not yet begun. By completing your purchase and accessing the digital product, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download or access has started.

Defective or Incorrect Products If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will resolve the issue or issue a full refund.
